There is no fixed time, or how long it will take you to complete your training. No two persons have the same learning capabilities. You could possibly know it all on day one. If so, it would take one day of training. Please look at the training manual for you to calculate how long it will take for you to complete it. We estimate that an average person should take about one month. Your capability may be different.
Office is open from 7AM to 9PM daily. However you have to log in long before the 9AM office conference. There is no end time. You are required to put in at least 8 hours in a day. We pay for 8.5 hours that includes paid 1/2 hour time for one set of breaks. National average for India as per clockify.com is 2480 hours. We have reduced that national average time by 100 hours to 2380 for males and 2284 for females, which has to be completed in one/twelve parts every month. You don’t have to work on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, if you complete your time needed during weekdays. However if you take time off or do not complete your time during weekdays then you have to make it up on weekends. Males can work 5% less and females can work 10% less than the time required, however this reduction in time is deducted from your salary.
Except for any emergencies, the company does not require you to do any over time. You may want to do overtime on your own, to earn additional wages and or taking time off. However on an average employees have earned about 20% additional wages so far.

Sorry. Unfortunately there are no exceptions like an emergency of sickness etc or any other reason. The agreement time may be extended by the company for completing the remainder of time, but not entirely waived without fulfilling your required time. Company spends huge resources, time, and money on your training not for you to get a waiver or early release from your obligations.
On a case by case, if the situation warrants, it may be possible.
Rupees 2,500 is paid every calendar month provided you log in before 8AM in the office computer when you have worked a minimum of 18 days and were delayed for any reason only one day for males and two days for females after 18 work days in that month.
